You could go to a decent running shop and have a gait analysis. Buy them slightly too big to avoid sore toes and black toe nails πŸ˜€πŸ‘

You could read Tim’s ( @Iannodatruffe) pinned FAQ post about buying shoes, I suppose.

Got to get the ones right for you. Get a gait analysis first then after that you can buy the same style online much cheaper.

Please read this healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Got mine from sports direct to start me off with. There's a wide range at affordable prices. ✌

I echo the recommendations for gait analysis at a proper running shoe shop and to read the excellent FAQ's here. I would add that proper running shoes aren't cheap but they are worth it for at least a couple of reasons. Firstly they are more comfortable and better for your feet. Secondly, and this may sound daft but it's certainly true for me, you'll feel like a real runner every time you put them on. Best wishes.

There are some simple tests using a wet footprint.. See sportshoes. Com. it will help guide you to the type of shoe but when buying consider an earlier model so for example instead of style19 look for 18 or 17 they will be much cheaper
