Advice needed please

I have just been put for week 5 run 2 and everything was going great felt really good on second run then I had a fall😢 havent really hurt myself just a few scrapes and bruises.

my question is should I re run the whole run today as I wanted to do my run 3 on Saturday and wanted to give myself a day rest or should I do day two tomorrow and still run day 3 on Saturday. so annoyed with myself and it was my best run by far 😡

You said "going great felt really good" and "best run by far" and so I'd suggest going out and running W5r3 on Saturday.

Oh what a pity. Did you have to end the run after the fall? It sounds like you were going well so if you haven't hurt yourself and if the fall hasn't left you feeling too stiff tomorrow then I would go for it but listen to your body. If it's not feeling right then stop and take a rest day or two.
