I have just been put for week 5 run 2 and everything was going great felt really good on second run then I had a fall😢 havent really hurt myself just a few scrapes and bruises.
my question is should I re run the whole run today as I wanted to do my run 3 on Saturday and wanted to give myself a day rest or should I do day two tomorrow and still run day 3 on Saturday. so annoyed with myself and it was my best run by far 😡
