I graduated at C25K a few weeks ago. My aim was to run a 5K Race for Life which I did on 19th May. I did not think I would continue running, but .....

I have set my self a modest goal of running at least 20K in total in June. I will review for July. I am going to do a 5K Parkrun in September.

I don't like running when it is warm as I feel nauseous. I run around 9am at the moment, maybe twice a week.

I am not interested in longer runs at the moment. I want to improve my style and speed.

I did a 3.94K run this morning and I almost enjoyed it!! At the moment I have sadness in my life and found that the run helped.

I thoroughly recommend Couch to 5K. It got me from an out of breath one minute run to a steady, unshowy jog. Not 5K in 30mins but who cares, I'm a runner!! ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ

Sorry about the sadness in your life MeddieB, however, I am happy to know that running has made you a bit happier. Good luck with your parkrun in September. ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿƒ

Running does seem to lift you out of the cares and woes of life, if only temporarily. I hope your, ahem, modest goal for this month helps.

Sounds like an excellent plan for you. We are all different and I do think itโ€™s vital to recognise our own needs rather than build on someone elseโ€™s story. Sorry about your sad patch and glad the running helps. ๐Ÿ’• Keep on being You.
