Yey!!! Week 2 run 3 complete! Bring on week3 😀 feel great, same niggles with knees and calf’s though, but using all of the advice you guys give me. My belly isn’t wobbling anymore so maybe need to rethink my name 😂. 🏃‍♂️

Well done you! That's great that you can feel the benefits already with less wobbliness! If you are experiencing knee problems then I wonder if you can try running on a softer surface? I always try to run on trails and footpaths rather than pavements for this reason.

Thanks Debson, I already run on a grassy surface behind my house. I just think my knees are getting used to running . Fingers crossed they'll settle soon.
