Hi. I’ve just completed week three and I’m finding that my knees feel ‘fat’ and achy after a run, at night and into the next day. I’ve had trainers fitted at a running shop to support my fallen arches but does anybody have any advice on exercises or technique tips that can help? Is it ok to just keep running through the ache? I’m currently using ibuprofen gel which helps.
Just about to start week four and a little bit concerned about how I’ll cope with the extended periods of running.
