Stiff knees 🏃‍♂️

Well, just completed week2 run 2. It was hard work at first. My knees felt really stiff and heavy despite a warm up, but soon got into it..... it wasn’t easy, but I did it! A little faster than I ran run 1 on Monday too, which is good I suppose? I’m concentrating on my breathing and trying to land a bit lighter so hopefully that’s helping? I can’t believe how much energy this running lark is giving me. It feels GOOD 😊.
