Just been out and done a 15 minute fastish run (for me). Was intending to do a 25 minute run but I found myself running at a fast pace and it was comfortable so I ran it for 15 mins then was shattered and walked home. Unexpected but it felt good actually. Blew away some cobwebs x

Did you do the warm up walk and cool down walk? I think if you are doing your own thing sometimes it’s important to keep some of the structure to ensure you minimise risk and injury. Sounds like you had fun though 😊

Yes I did the walks. Always do them. I’m supposed to be consolidating but I just changed my plan, which is unlike me-control freak that I am. But I just went with how I felt this morning and it felt good. Just couldn’t do it for long!

Great to just change things up a bit and enjoy the moment and do what you feel!
