Just finished my first week. Can’t believe I have done it, as I have not ran since I left school (39 years ago) I am actually looking forward to starting week 2. It’s amazing to think that I might be able to do this .

The hardest part is over, getting out of the door and going for your first run! Well done.
I warn you now that c25k is very addictive! And this will be a really amazing journey. Embrace it and savour it!
