Out this morning at-well back in the day would have been crawling home. Dog was a bit sad to leave his blanket but off we went. So what does the bell mean? Only W1R2😳

My assumption had always been it was to indicate when you’re halfway through

Hi Comfortnotspeed, well done getting started, hope the dog gets a Buckie when he’s finished😂

The bell is to tell you the session is half way through I think, it always spurs me on when I am finding it hard as then you know you halfway and it’s a useful signal to turn back home if you are outside too , happy running 👍

What's the bell?

I'm using the NHS couch to 5k app... What's the bell noise that rings during a session?
