Half way through week 4 and I’ve had to do my belt up one notch tighter!

Woohoo 🥳!

Isn’t it great when that happens? 😃

My belt notches changed but the scales were going in the wrong direction. I now understand I’m building muscle as I run and it weighs more than fat. I have confined the scales to the back of the airing cupboard out of frustration until graduation day!! Happy running 🏃‍♀️ 😊

Congratulations havetrainerswillrun maybe you'll be going one or two more before you graduate.

Well done for completing week 4s 2nd run 😊

That’s so great! Fat generally can be hard to shift but the good news is that the visceral fat (the fat that’s really bad for us and is around our organs and around our stomachs) is quite easy to shift from running. I’ve lost 4 1/2 inches from my waist in 6 months of running. So you’ll have more of these moments!

Moving a belt notch is rewarding, isn't it. 🕺

Is it due to running only or do you watch your diet, too?

Not very good at watching my diet tbh - I do like wine too much. So it’s mainly from the running
