Week 7 Run 2 done ✅

Felt better than run 1 which I’m pleased about. And I had energy for the last 60 second speed up which felt good. Definitely felt the toxic 10, well 8 actually, but after that all good. I think as soon as Laura says that’s 12 and a half minutes done I feel like I’m on the home stretch. Quite excited to be this far on in the programme and can’t quite believe I’ve been running for 7 weeks! 😊🏃🏻‍♀️

Hey Janice! Yay you got another run completed 🏃‍♀️ Pleased it went better than the last one. I love that half way bell too. Just think, Week 7 is nearly over for you!!! When do you plan to get out for W7R3 x

Thank you. Hopefully on Wednesday morning. It works for me to run before work as I am usually too tired after work. It’s hard to get up an hour early (6 am) but worth it as I’ve done one run after work and it’s seriously harder. I prefer the cooler temperate of early morning. I’m actually off work next week so might not be quite so early!

I loved morning runs too but more recently hayfever has affected me a bit so I have been doing early evenings after work. I’m not sure I have a favourite time of day, when I go, I go and I go for it!

Well done JaniceG68, you're making great progress and isn't it a brilliant feeling to get each run done? I still feel slightly amazed at how much I can do now compared to Week 1!
