Rediscovered early morning runs this week. Love the birdsong and have such a beautiful route, now the winter mud has gone. It's good to run!

Don’t think I’m properly awake till the evening ! I could never imagine running in the morning.... but I never imagined running for 30 mins ! Maybe I’ll give it a go.

I'm an early runner too, love the peace and tranquility of the mornings. Can't see myself ever running in the evening.
