So after completing week 7 run 1 before getting a knee injury, 8 weeks later as per my doctor's advice, I got back out there again today. I've gone right back to the start and disappointingly found my stamina and fitness have gone! Still I did week 1 run 1 and will attempt to complete the programme this time. At least my knee held up with no pain! Wish me luck peeps xxxx
