Hi, I seem to be forever re-doing C25k so this time I’m putting myself out there for extra support! I’m just coming to the end of week 2 and I struggle with breathing when running, I can’t seem to not gasp and that wears me out! Any tips out there??

Thank you 😊 Perhaps I’ll be a perpetual gasper too 😃

I’m quite a gasper too and I’ve completed the c25k. It is improving slowly lol!

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and includes advice on pacing.........if you cannot breathe you are going too fast.

Enjoy your journey.
