I had to defer the final run of week 3 due to other commitments and inertia but I finally did it yesterday. I did feel like I had lead legs but that’s how it goes some days. I resisted the temptation to run at my usual pace because that would have tired me out & the whole point is to rebuild my stamina so I took it slowly. Felt good at the end too so whoo hoo to me. Run 1 week 4 tomorrow 😁
