Honestly I would consider starting again. Coming back from injury is a very delicate time and you need all the support you can get. Doing another week won’t make much difference to your graduation time but will make a massive difference to your healing time. Good luck. Rfc x
You don’t say what your injury is, but I agree with Rfc. Whilst you are just a week in, it’s probably best to pick it up again from the beginning once you have recovered. Ease yourself back in gently so you don’t risk further injury as that might put you out for longer.
Just read your other post - knees! Check out a popular technique called Japanese Slow Jogging on YouTube. It’s great advice and wonderful for reducing impact and running at a slow and steady pace, which could help your knee pain. Also consider getting gait analysis done at a running shop - they will check how your foot falls and whether you under or over pronate, which can cause associated pain in the knees. They will then advise if you need a neutral or a supported running shoe. It’s not cheap, but proves a worthwhile investment to stay pain free and keep running.
Good luck!
