I thought its best to get better before I go running gym etc as I don’t feel that good as I’m on next run W7R1 I will be back soon 😉

Sorry to hear about the sniffles. Hope it goes away quickly! Plenty of fluids, just like for running. 😂

Thank you I will do that hopefully be back to it soon as many years ago I trained with a cold and I ended up with a really bad chest infection so since that I’ve never done that since 😉
