Hi to you all I’m new to here and to running I have some how managed to complete weeks 1 and 2. Never been into running so I’ve surprised myself in that I’ve done it.

Although I say run, I’ll be honest and say probably more of a laughable jog, but hey ho.

Hi

I'm on Week 8, but just joined here myself after I found the forum this weekend. It seems like a great forum, full of info and support.

Hi there!

Well done on starting c25k! Im only just finishing week 4 myself and a slow laughable jog is what has kept me going. Slow and steady seems to be the moto on here and it works! Its not about speed at the moment it's about building stamina. There are loads if experienced people on this forum, which has been a god send for me as i have a tendency to give up but with the support on here it has really helped keep me going!

Good luck, i look forward to hearing how you get on 😊
