I'm on week 3 if couch to 5k. I'm finding the runni g om however as soon as a slow down to a walk my calves are in agony. Its not the front so can't be shin splints. It's down the outer edge, particularly my right leg and feels like my bone is burning. Is it just that I'm so unfit and my kegs aren't used to this or am I doing something wrong
