Well here I am again embarking on the C25K again for the third time in a year, this time with another daughter (why they couldn't start together I do not know. Started out this morning after my own run and my golly it is a warm day - think I much prefer to run in less warm temperatures. But - we persevered and I am so proud she completed run 3 Week 4 , a question for everyone she is complaining of hurting calves - as anyone any suggestions please :)

No chance of resting on your laurels then? Oh you are so lucky to have not one but two daughters doing/done the c25. My daughter thinks I’m mad. What an inspiration you must be to them. I wonder how many 5kms you’ve run now? Good luck for week 5, hope her calves have eased.😎

Thank you I'm not sure I'm lucky ( if they would encourage each other and run together that would help). I know I'm exhausted I am doing my own 30 min run and then one of theirs (they won't go on their own either). have only run 5km 3 times in one hit since I graduated last sept - I am a very slow plodder - we went out last night and she managed the run - got a tip from this forum to drink more water - so here's onto week 5 😀

Well done MsFickle ...how lovely that you’re helping your other Daughter....she must’ve seen how wonderful it was for your other Daughter & decided she needed some one-to-one with her Mum too?!!!! Not sure on her hurting calves though...how does she land when she’s running?? X

Apparently I'm "too embarrassing" to run with. (17 year old daughter who has made the eye rolling thing an art form!). Good luck & keep on running.

Yep know what you mean they do that too - far too often usually when I've just got dressed to accompany them somewhere 😀

And oh my golly did the eyes roll tonight wasn’t the most pleasant runs week 5 Run 2 with the grumpy stressy 22 year old in fact we did the whole run in silence after the first five minutes 😢😢. But on the positive she completed the run 😁
