It can help you lose weight as part of a healthy balanced diet, but this course alone wont burn too many calories, but with a bit of healthy eating, it certainly wont do you any harm
C25k is an amazing app to get you running for 30 minutes, weight loss and body shape change is possible if you eat healthily. It isn't really unroll you get to the longer runs that you notice 😊
I think that anything that gets you moving is a bonus 😊 but the main way to lose weight is to eat healthily and portion control.
This app is brilliant as an incentive to keep moving but exercise alone doesn’t help shift the weight.
I’ve been eating healthily and controlling my portions since the start of January and lost 25lbs. I do spin classes twice a week but that is to build my strength and aerobic fitness, in doing couch to 5k as I’m aiming to finish a race in July.
The best thing I have that I bought at the start was a portion control plate, it makes you think when you’re dishing up and helps you eat less 😊
