Hi, I did my first run on Friday, and intended to do my second tomorrow (Monday). If my legs are still a little sore tomorrow, would it be best to wait until Tuesday?

My legs where sore when i first started and did my planned runs as planned.

I didnt want to get ino the habit of putting runs off.

My legs where fine after a couple of weeks. It was the new exercise on the legs . You'll soon be fine.

Well done.

If you stretch after every run, as per guide to the plan, keep moving on rest days, hydrate adequately and preferably do some non impact cross training on your rest days then these aches will probably not last long and exercising your muscles will probably ease them.

If you are not in real pain, then carry on, at the easy conversational pace described in the guide.
