W5R1 - but on a treadmill

Some advice please. All my runs so far have been outside but because I’m away for work I am doing R1 & 2 of W5 on a treadmill at the hotel. I can handle running on the treadmill in order to keep the momentum going but I have no idea what speed to set the treadmill at for walking and then the runs. I’m not speedy - a shuffler - just want to complete.

If I were you I would start be walking and just gradually increase the pace until it is a comfortable run. The start decreasing it for the walking section until you have comfortable walk. As it is only two weeks it dosent matter if you pace is a little slower that usual. Rfc x
