Observable differences?

Hi, I'm on week 1 and was wondering if anybody further in the programme or graduates noticed any visual differences in their bodies from running?

Yes definitely, I lost a stone when I did it last year.... fitted into old clothes comfortably. Good luck... you’ll love it

It took a while but I did this as well as starting a new way of eating. So as well as losing weight, my hubby has commented that my shape has changed. I’d say more toned!

The summer after I started running, I hadn't lost a load of weight but I got a some shorts out that I couldn’t fit into and because of change of shape I had a great new wardrobe of summer clothes. I have gone On to lose 22lb after that as well.

Welcome... well done getting started.

My daughter lost a couple of dress sizes, visually noticeable by either looking at her directly or my bank balance as I had to keep buying her new clothes!

OMG yes, but don’t expect miracles by the end of 9 weeks unless you at also addressing your diet. I have lost 2st-ish in a year but family and friends think it’s more because under the remaining layer of fat everything is more toned as well.

I've lost 3 stone, since November doing Slimming World but think that the running has toned me up so my body shape is good too. The weight loss and running were part of an overall plan to be more healthy and I feel great!
