I went for a run after getting over a cold and letting my constant back pain get to a level where I could cope.

It was great! I felt good, I set no requirements, just went for it and loved it. I ran/jogged for 36.29 mins, distance was 3.95k and 9.14 avg pace. Not bad when I lost my dog twice and had go find her.

I love a good fun run. I am looking forward to a few of those after my HM in May, it is around this time is tart to miss them 😀. Glad you enjoyed it. Rfc x
