I've just finished week 4 and re-ran a week 1 with my sister and niece as they had just started the plan. I can honestly say I found it way easier than when I first did my week 1s. I track all my runs on my watch and compared the stats between the w1r1 that I did just over 3 weeks ago with those of the repeated w1r1 that I did with them. I was astounded with the difference in heart rate. Clearly the app is working and my fitness is increasing. Running for 30 seconds was about my limit before i started c25k. Just incredible! I'm loving it. Excited for week 5...
