I’ve been doing most of the longer runs so far in the treadmill but thought i’d venture outside for this this one, really struggled to complete the 25 minutes I feel it’s so much harder to run outside than on the treadmill🙁 feel as if I need to go back a few weeks and re start but do all the runs outside this time

Hiya I expect it's just trying to find your pace. Running feels slower outside so you go faster than you should and of course you have the natural undulations. So just slow it all down and you'll be fine It might take a couple more goes but it's worth it in the end.
