Here are my shiny new running shoes, a reward I promised myself once I’d completed c25k.

I found the gait analysis really informative ( and surprising) at my local running shop and have just been for a little jog to try them out

Nice and comfy, i Overpronate apparently,so these shoes support that. They’re a size bigger than any other footwear I wear, so they took some getting used to, but they felt okay to run in 😁
