Looking for some advice graduated in March but now have an injury/strain to calf, pain when running and a definite demarcation line in my calf muscle half way between knee and ankle. Gutted as really feeling the great, lost a little weight, got much more core strength and basically really enjoying it! What can I do to speed recovery and maintained stamina and strength π¬

Iβm not familiar with demarcation lines, is it something you need to get checked out with your GP. Can you still walk? Speed walking helps keep up stamina while you are on the bench. Take care of yourself. Rfc x
