Completed week 7 yesterday and instead of being out in the glorious sunshine was testing out new running shoes on the treadmill. First observation is running on a treadmill is really boring, much rather be out and about. New running trainers are great. Spent a long time choosing them and lots of good guidance in the running shop and tried on 7 pairs!

Run itself was much better than previous 2 on the week, I think I may repeat again before moving on. Good luck on all your runs!
