Week 3 struggling

I didn’t think I would be able to do this, I have had a bad back for 3 years and wake up in the mornings tipped to one side until my spine warms up

I’m on week 3 absolutely love it. Can’t wait for the miss day to disappear

The only problem is I naw have a knee which seems to push its self out of line it’s really painful until it locks back in place with a crack

I’m determined to complete this programme

Does any body have advice on what would help

I was going to try a new body but it wasn’t on the shelve at Sainsbury’s

You might find an elastic knee brace useful.

Runners need good core strength so work on that and possibly knee strengthening on rest days. nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/k...
