I’m currently doing slimming world and looking to boost my weight loss and increase my fitness. I am only on week 1 and just completed run 2, but it’s a start at least.
Any tips/guidance would be great.
Also can anyone advise me if it actually helped weight loss or slowed it down but you lost inches instead ?

Hi & welcome! 😃 I combined SW & C25K too. I did find in the first three weeks my weight loss was out of the usual pattern and rather unpredictable-in fact one week I put weight on although I knew I shouldn’t have. I was reassured at SW that it was just my body adapting to new exercise- which proved true. The “trap” to avoid is thinking you can eat extra things because you have run - you can’t!! - at least not at this early stage. -When you can run for an hour, that might be different. You need to just keep going with the usual SW routine. Enjoy your running adventure! If you post how you are doing, we will cheer you on. 😀
