Really impressed that you graduated 🙌 I’ve only just ran w4r1 and had been dreading it. Nearly used a number of reasons not to go out but was inspired by another post on here. I’m no gym expert but have an Ironman as a friend who suggested to me if you can’t go out going up and down stairs is a good alternative! Don’t say you live in a bungalow 😀
Some squats and Stregnth exercises will help with your legs, but after a break it is possible you are just over doing it as you get back into it. Start with around a 20 min run and build up from there. If that is still hard try going back to week 4. It is so important that you take the intensity of the runs down and build your confidence again, it will make you feel so much better about the run. Rfc x
