I had it today too. And i had a funny feeling in my legs. I have asked the colleagues 3 days ago, and I think it might be the shoes. So, it deserves to do your research and find out if you are using the right pairs for running.
Well, you got through so that’s good. Maybe as the runs get longer you will need to run a bit slower. Sounds counter productive but it actually builds stamina better than going too fast, so we are told by those who should know! 🐢🐢 Tortoises forever!
