Started Week 3 again ..... I’ve tried 7 times now to do a complete 3 min run and failed! I’m wondering if I need different shoes? Maybe bouncy ones instead of my gym trainers?

I found having trainers soully for running does help. I was struggling with the trainers I had originally but now its easier with a pair in use at gym and a nice pair for running with
What stops you from getting to 3 minutes are you out of breath if so slow down a lot. Are your legs heavy you may need to drink a lot more . Try again with this advice and see if it helps 😊

Maybe you are going too fast? My run is very slow; it feels like I am running slower than I walk. Slow and steady is the way to go.

In week 2, you ran for 90 seconds many times. Try not to think about the three minutes. You're running for 90 seconds x 2, just like you did last week. Slow down a little and go for it! You can do it. We're all with you 🏃♀
