Previous graduate then got so excited by running 30 mins started doing it all the time and paid for over doing it!! No exercise since end Jan as could barely walk - just starting walking then back in the program again from week 1! So please don't do too much once you graduate!!! Still build up slowly I suggest 20mins/30mins/20 mins

Oh no, I'll bet you were gutted. I've only done 2 consolidation runs since graduating last week, had to do a lot of walking to & from the garage on Friday up steep hills so figured a couple of rest days to let the old thighs calm down before my run tomorrow. Good luck with your journey.
