well that's the first run of wk three completed.

the mix of different running times was a welcome change from the previous two weeks. Beginning to feel like a runner😲

Glad you enjoyed your run today GP61 , yes week 3 is a bit better than all the walk/runs of the first two weeks, a lot of graduates from C25K who have been off running for for a short while like to start rerunning at either week 2 or 3 before they go on to longer runs. 🏃 😊
