Disco queen!!

So I was supposed to start W9R1 today. Storm Freya decided today was not the day to run. Really high winds and driving rain prevented me from even stepping out the front door. Not wanting to do nothing I decided to put on some tunes and had a disco in my front room for an hour! My husband and my dog think I'm crazy, but I had loads of fun and it turns out a really good workout. Hurray for the disco queen💃💃🎶🎶

Don’t blame you not running out there! I was dumb and went out... hopefully tomorrow will be a better running day. Great job finding an alternative... maybe that husband will ask for a dance during the next storm.
