Hey guys ! Just wondering about nutrition and running and where to obtain the basic information that we can apply in practical terms to our a diet . A life style change ,if you will , from processed and high sugar content foods to those conducive to us leading a more active and healthy existance as runners ?

You will find as many theories about correct nutrition on the Internet as days in a Year!! I stick to my GGG-Grandmothers diet. She didn't have a local supermarket and there were almost no processed "foods" available - she bought everything raw and cooked it herself.
Meats of all kind, fish, birds, whole grains , vegetables and fruit. Full cream cows milk and cheese.

Have a look at Healthy Eating and LCHF for example
I’m with Bazza; real food, cooked from scratch. Ditching the sugar has got to be a good plan
