Had to take 3 days off running
I have had to take 3 days away from C25K due t... - Couch to 5K
I have had to take 3 days away from C25K due to family commitments how many days can you be away from running before you lose endurance.
I recently had about 17 days "rest", and I was fine to continue where I left off. I'd go on with your next run in the plan. I'm sure you'll sail through it.
A lot more than 3 days..
It takes about 2 months of inactivity to completely lose the gains you've made. Extremely fit exercisers will experience a rapid drop in fitness during the first three weeks of inactivity before it tapers off. Muscular strength and endurance last longer than aerobic fitness..
As the others have commented, you should be fine to continue where you left off.
But if you prefer to keep a 'weekly schedule' there is no harm in repeating that week, or parts off to get back on track in terms of your 'weekly schedule'.

I had nine days off over half term and was worried I’d suffer a set-back. Went straight into week 5 with no problems though. Monday will be the 20 minute run, eeeeeek!
20 minuet run I really good just try your best and don’t stop slow down if you have to but keep pushing.
I’m excited to try!
How did your 20 minuet run go.
Doing it Monday, I run Mon/Weds/Fri mornings 🙂
I done my 25 minuet run this morning felt really good after.
Twenty minutes done! Genuinely didn’t think I could do it so I’m over the moon 🏃♀️💪👏
Good skills for your 20 minuet run It’s a brilliant feeling when you reach the end of the run and Laura says you ran for 25 minuets I never thought I could do this a couple of months ago I’m hooked on running now and looking Togo to 10 k next.
Go for it! I’ve signed up for a Parkrun! Not til May though, as I’m currently running in the gym (asthma), so need to give myself some time to get used to outdoor running. Something to aim for!
Hi i jad to take 2 weeks. Ypu sjoild be ok.
I had a three day recovery before today’s run. Today’s run was epic! Best run ever. I think the three days has helped me massively. You should be fine.
