Starting back at week 4 tomorrow as it's not been possible to run for 30 minutes without a walk after a long break in winter

I've just not the stamina to keep going so let's go back and build up confidence again and get back to Parkrun in a few weeks....here's hoping as I love running but struggle a bit now.

Sounds like a good plan. It's not about the stage you're at so much as keeping going. Week 4 is great.

How about just listening to your body and staying there as long as you need to?
