So that was fantastic I really didn’t want the walk in the middle as I felt quite comfortable then it took me a few minutes to gain my rhythm back on the second run.
So far though I’ve not even given the distance covered a second thought but just had a look now and I’m only covering just over 3.6k I’m not bothered as for me it’s about fitness but I was curious
