So many 😀. Walking is a good one while going through the program, it is less likely to tire you out too much, after graduation the world of cross training is your oyster, I love cross training. I hike, swim, weights, core work, indoor hike, elliptical trainer outdoor bike. On my days off running when I am not training for anything it is such fun just to pick an exercise and do it. I tend to shuffle them around and have a lot of variation.
What’s indoor hiking?? I have visions of you clambering over your furniture 😂😂

Nowhere near as much fun as indoor hiking - I do the NHS Strength and Flex podcasts. You can do them indoors if you have the right kind of furniture !

That would help, as long as the rail isn’t too high ! I manage with a sturdy chair, a solid desk and some built-in shelves 😄
with my non existent diy skills I wooden want to risk it.
