Well done, but give your body a chance to build back up again after injury.
Remember it is recommended that 75-80% of your running time is at an easy conversational pace, not pushing for speed.

Thanks I've been taking it steady for a few weeks now doing steady 2-3k and gradually building it up. Thanks for the advice much appreciated πππ
