Well after some time off with an annoying injury back to running a 5k on a lovely evening pretty happy with the time to πŸ˜€

Well done, but give your body a chance to build back up again after injury.

Remember it is recommended that 75-80% of your running time is at an easy conversational pace, not pushing for speed.

Thanks I've been taking it steady for a few weeks now doing steady 2-3k and gradually building it up. Thanks for the advice much appreciated πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

That's great, I thought the 5k was your first run back...........but I do recognise the relief and joy of feeling like you are getting back up to speed after injury.
