I’m really good at sticking to something for a week and the next week just losing focus and finding something “easier” to do 🙈 what are your best tips for keeping up motivation?

Sign up for a race. Have a target to shoot for.
Think why you began it... has the reason changed... then plot your routes... set your gear out the day before...form a daily habit routine... and then just go...
Know also.. each run, each week, makes you stronger... and know also if you begin this.. we will be running with you and want to know why if you stop

Motivation is personal and has to come from you.
Why do you want to start?
Write down all the reasons why you want to do this and all the benefits you hope to gain. You can then refer to these any time you feel a wobble coming.
Once you start, you may surprise yourself. Running is addictive and C25K is superbly structured to give you little victories right from the start and you will be aware of physical changes very rapidly.
If you are a regular runner then you will statistically reduce your risk of a whole raft of life limiting conditions, your body will be stronger and more able to carry you through other conditions, should they occur. You will be happier and more confident.
This is fact........why would you not be willing to devote a small proportion of your life to achieving this........besides, it is fun.
