Got to wk5 run2 in early December but not run since. No real reason other than never seemed to have time due to christmas! And now it's nearly March and still not started back. I'm planning on starting wk 4 again tomorrow, but feeling apprehensive and need some encouragement! 😁😁😁

Well done to you Taylor13 on restarting C25K wih week 4, I don't think that it is neccessary to go back to week 1 so that's a good week to restart.

Excellent that you are now determined to get out the door again in running mode. You will do it! Once re-started, it will flow along. If you got as far as W5 before, you know you can do it. 👏🏼👍

Well done. Getting out the front door is the hardest part. Just take your time and see how it goes. If you need to go with week 3 so be it. Don’t be apprehensive it’s just a run. Think about how amazing you will feel after the run. You will be a graduate this time and just in time for the summer.
