I completed W6R3 this morning and experienced pain in my leg towards the end. But this evening it’s more around my kneecap. Ive spoken to a friend who’s a physio and they said it sounds like runners knee and isn’t unusual as the distance I’m running increases. Apparently I need to strengthen my core and try to relax my body when I run. Has anyone else suffered from this as the distance has increased?

It is very common to get little niggles as we build up. Take it steady and if it really starts niggling take an extra rest day. Take care. Rfc x
