Well since I've graduated I've been doing parkrun every Sat morning and running in between with the Wife as she does the programme. Today she did the dreaded 20mins run of wk5.3. She had a 2 day break since her last run and was saying that she thought it was a massive step up. She had a restless nights sleep in anticipation of the run but she managed 20 mins comfortably with no issues! She was absolutely delighted and was happy to have covered 2.6k in 20mins. She said she actually feels like a runner now! Looking forward to the next week

Congratulations to your wife for completing run 3 of week 5, as you know that is a milestone run with C25K. She will also know that runs 1 and 2 of week 6 which have runs and walking intervals have caught out some people but she knows to take them at a very easy pace.
