I am done with Week 4! I was more mentally ready than I thought. It was not as dreadful as I had thought it was going to be based on what I have heard. This week was by far the most enjoyable one I have had.
I knew I had become addicted to this life when I found myself unpacking after a long international trip and heading out in the Calgary cold weather (-19 degrees) and completing my run. Sure, I could not feel certain body parts for a while but it was worth it! I guess what I am trying to say is that I am no longer the old me. Something's changed in me that has left me unrecognizable. I had two solid excuses not to run - the inclement weather and travel fatigue - but I pressed on. The rebirth of Mo!
I already started W5 and I like that I am running more than walking. I cannot wait for 5D2 today - and that's a sentence I never thought I'd say!

Congratulations Mosiby for completing week 4 of C25K in - 19 temperature. I don't think there would be any running in the UK if it was that cold here. Onwards and upwards to week 5
I use the US app and it does that estimation by itself, and usually with food. When I burned a total of 4,000 KCal, it estimated that to be about 12 avocados and 3,000 KCal was about 20 tacos. You get the drift now, haha.
