I did w4d1 today (on the treadmill- it's scary dark where I live) and I managed the first 3 runs but the last 5min one, I got to 2 mins in and the had to walk for a bit and then ran the last 90secs.
I'll be honest, I'm gutted. I nearly cried because I didn't manage it. My question is, do I treat that as a completed run? Or do I repeat it until I can manage it?

Don't be gutted Trinity enigma, but I do understand why you are a bit disappointed, I would have one rest day and try and repeat that run once again, this time a little slower. Be hydrated and drink plenty of water the day before you run.
Don’t worry, don’t panic, don’t feel like a failure. Always remember the First Rule of C25k: The only run you fail is the run you don’t go for. Can you work out why you couldn’t achieve the run targets ? Were you fully rested/hydrated ? Were you going too fast ? Was the room warmer/colder than usual ? If you can identify any specific issues, you’ll know what to change next time. It is wisest to repeat the run, since each one builds on the one before, but don’t feel down. As Nelson Mandela said, “I never lose. Sometimes I win, and sometimes I learn.” Go you x
Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

This is a training plan, designed to build your endurance and not a checklist exercise. If you don't fully complete workout then there is little point moving on........have a rest day and repeat.
There is no need to feel disappointed.......that run has made you stronger and better equipped for the next attempt.
Well done for completing the run. Probably best to repeat to make sure your fitness develops progressively without injury- but you will probably find it really easy!!
